Sanju movie review is finally out. Ranbir Kapoor starrer “Sanju “has released today worldwide over 4ooo screen. It’s the second biggest movie to release after Salman Khan’s Race3.Story directed by Rajkumar Hirani based on the life of Sanjay Dutt and the controversies surrounding him. Biopic on actor Sanjay Dutt features Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role, the character of Sunil Dutt played by Paresh Rawal and Manisha Koirala as Nargis Dutt. It also star many bollywood actors including Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mrza, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Anushka Sharma and others. It is expected to break the opening day records of the other previous hits of 2018 including Padmavat, Raid, Baaghi2.It is going to be Ranbir Kapoor’s carrier turning point in bollywood. It is one of the most anticipated films of the year.Sanjay Dutt is a imprecise figure and Hirani displays is as it is….almost.
In this movie Director Rajkumar Hirani portray Sanjay Dutt differently from what most of us expecting. The first half of the film mainly focused on his drug phase and how his family goes against with it. When Sanju (Ranbir Kapoor) starts narrating his story to Winnie, the biographer (Anushka Sharma), the initial bit felt forced. The first half and the interval will shock you. Every actor plays outstanding in this film. Especially the emotional scene between Paresh Rawal and Vicky Kaushal, that scene is bound to move you tears. And most importantly it shows the relationship of Sanju (Ranbir Kapoor) with media. Media is the measure part of this biopic of Sanjay Dutt.
The second half is much better than the first half. It focuses on his TADA and ARM Act case.Througout the movie, Sanju keeps screaming that he is not a terrorist.
The film works because of the good performance in the film. The star cast is just out of the words, they all are just simply perfect. Each and every actor match their role to the character, they are portraying.
Ranbir Kapoor is spectacular in the movie. After the few scenes, you will forget Ranbir and will only look at him as Sanjay Dutt. Manisha Koirala still holds the screen like no other. Anushka Sharma, Boman Irani, Sonam Kapoor are amazing in their role.
The movie is belongs to Vicky Kaushal. If Ranbir is the soul of the movie, Vicky is the heart of the movie.
Overall, Sanju is an entertaining saga with a box of emotions, humors.The joint venture of Rajkumar Hirani and Ranbir Kapoor works like a dream. Sanju will score tremendous. Let’s see if Sanju manages to live up the magic or not!!!!
